Sisters Cristina and Silvia Crotti have transformed their parents' long-standing passion for producing traditional balsamic vinegar into a professional manufacturing facility and have also opened an exquisite Bed & Breakfast in the extensive historical grounds. Nine bedrooms furnished with a mix of both antique and contemporary furniture can be found across the listed villa and historic country house; there is also a three-bedroom flat. Guests can enjoy the breakfast, made using home-made and local products, on the extensive balcony featuring a view of the Italian garden. The park with its centuries-old trees, the rivers of flowers and meticulously-trimmed bushes in the garden together with the private pool all provide the ideal backdrop for relaxation. The price of your stay includes a guided tour of the vinegar factory, during which guests can learn how the Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must is turned into balsamic vinegar.
